Woke up this morning from bad nightmares.. Was scared to go to sleep last night.
When I woke up, I told myself to shake it off, and go workout while you still have the free space in the living room… and that’s what I did..
This insanity workout has been on for two weeks already and I do feel great. It’s still hard and by the end of the workout your like “holy shit wtf!?” but I know it’s going to get me to where I want to be physically and how I want to feel mentally. It’s all a process, but with the right determination and will power, it’s possible.
I want to feel accomplished. This has nothing to do with anything besides me. Do things to impress yourself. Tell yourself you can do it. Fuck what other people think.
As I type this Thor is banging his hammer into the sky…
