Today I did my fifth day of the insanity workout. Honestly, I didn’t think I would be able to get through one day of it and I did. I’ve been learning about inner strength and mentally relaxing. Our bodies can withstand more than our minds allow us to believe.
I want to feel strong. There’s this glow that follows people who take care of their bodies. I want to feel that in my life.
